Working out at gyms has been all the rage lately and it almost seems like no matter where you go, you're bound to run into someone filming themselves working out.  In this video, a woman is doing just that when she has a brush with disaster.

I can't tell if it was an equipment malfunction or perhaps she didn't know how to use the machine but she is lucky that a) other people were around to help and b) that she didn't get seriously injured.
